even if each customer and project has its own characteristics and requirements. there still should be a guideline that sets the path for BJA networks in terms of how to conduct business. our most important guidelines are the following:
  • think global - act local
the internet is a global phenomenon. yet, people in different countries have different preferences. BJA networks tries to identify the key preferences that are necessary to make a global project successful locally. currently BJA networks projects are online in four different languages.
  • utilize economies of scope
economies of scope are wonderful. in particular on the internet. once a general platform is developed it can then be used in all different kinds of projects in different countries. economies of scope help BJA networks to respond more quickly to our customers' needs.
  • maximize the users' benefits
our major concern in all of our projects is how we can best serve the user. we strongly believe that when internet users benefit from an internet page they will time after time. further, they will spread news of the page by word of mouth and both clients and advertisers will benefit.
